World chess Champions' Tombstone

I tried to search graves from different resources where I am able to fail to get Mikhail Botvinnik's, Max Euwe's  and Tigran Petrosian's grave pictures. Paul Morphy and Adolf Anderssen are included as unofficial world champions.

1. Paul Morphy (22 June 1837 - 10 July 1884)

2. Adolf Anderssen (6 July 1818 - 13 March 1879)

3. Wilhelm Steinitz (17 May 1836 - 12 August 1900)

4. Emanuel Lasker (24 December 1868 - 11 January 1941)

5. José Raúl Capablanca (19 November 1888 - 8 March 1942)

6. Alexander Alekhine (31 October 1892 - 24 March 1946)

7. Max Euwe (20 May 1901 - 26 November 1981)

I am not able to find tombstone for Max Euwe. Please help me out, you can paste link through comment.

8. Mikhail Botvinnik (17 August 1911 - 5 May 1995)

9. Vasily Smyslov (24 March 1921 - 27 March 2010)

  3. For the record, the person depicted beside the tomb of Paul Morphy is not Morphy, but rather Moncure Daniel Conway who included a short mention of Morphy in his memoirs.
